Rifle Scopes scope height

I can not seem to find this using the search.when entering your scope height on your ballistic calculator do you measure center of bore to center of scope. any input would greatly appreciated

While we're on the subject, what measurement do you guys usually get? I like mounting scopes as low as absolutely possible and find that 1.5" is about the norm.

If you type "scope height" in the SH search engine under the shout box you will find others.

My scopes centers are all about 2-2.1" above bore.
