Rifle Scopes Scope Made in Nightforce Factory

I heard Nightforce makes a scope in their factory under a different brand name. Is this true?

I heard "the factory" makes several brands of scope, and NF is simply one of them.

This only applies to the Japanese NF scopes. The American ones are made in Idaho.

the guy made it sound like it was in their Orifino factory...I had question though. supposedly they were a high price too, but like a few hundred cheaper. i didn't put too much merit into it though.

Are the Japanese NF scopes still sold under the name Nightforce? How can you tell them apart?

Yes. My 3.5-15x56 had a sticker on it that said Made in Japan.
