my gap-10 in 6.5 creed should be coming in in the next 30 days and I don't have a scope yet. I'm looking at 2 different scopes . I need some help picking the better one. I am looking at the razor gen 2 4.5-27x56 and the Nightforce ATACR. I don't know much about Nightforce . need some help guys. If you have any more suggestions let me know. Want to stay around $2400-$2500 range

I do have a few nightforce nxs and at this time 1 atacr moar I will be soon adding anouther atacr moar t to the lot I personally have not had a chance to use a razor gen 1 or 2 but I am extremely satisfied with what I have. I do have a few vortex 6-24 pst's and for the money they are more than adequate and have not had any problems or expected any though there has been some with every brand in use always a few get past quality control. When you settle on the one you want to go with the vendors here on the hide can hook you up with a great deal. Mike

Just put a SWFA SS 5-20x50 HD illuminated on my POF P308 and couldnt be happier. Got a smoking deal on it off another Hide member. For the money its a great scope with excellent reviews.

I prefer. First focal planes. Especially for hunting. Your holds are always the same and requires no thinking about zoom just range and shoot

Vortex hs lr. Or PST if you require illum. I also have an bushy elr and a swfa 5-20 all are great glass. All are. FFP. Can't go wrong with those 3. Prices range from 800-1400

Yeah true. My 22" 260 weighs much more than my 25 1/2 7mm both m40 contour both mcmillian adjustable a5s. The bushy is some hefty glass. I have the vortex HS-LR 4-16x50 FFP with the XLR reticle and I have to say. As far as clarity. Weight and a good holdover reticle. Its very nice for 800ish. If you don't mind the busy christmas tree type reticle.
