Rifle Scopes scope ring cap bolts. Torque required?

I have an armalite 30mm scope base and I cannot find a torque spec for the cap bolts. I looked on the us optics website and saw a video on scope mounting where the guy only torqued their rings to 15in lb. That seems light to me. Is there a general chart somewhere on torque for screw size?

I do 20inch lbs on mines

Somewhere between 15-20 INCH-lbs.

Thanks guys. I guess it is just lower than I thought. I will torque them up tonight, heading out to try out the new setup tomorow.
