Hey all! I just bought a Savage axis ii precision model rifle in 6.5 creedmoore that comes with the picatinny rail for the scope. I've also got a Sightron Siii 8-32x56 scope to go on it.
Problem is I get inconsistent answers from the scope ring height calculators. Some say high, some say extra high, some forums say low works too because of the rail. Any feedback? I dont want to drop that kind of money on rings and find out they don't fit.
