Scope vs Rail mounted Anti Cant level

Looking for Expert recommendations and opinions on

1) PROs and CONs of Rail mounted vs. Scope mounted Anti Cant bubble level
2) Which brand(s) do you recommend that are USA made at a good price point

Seen too many rail mounted be off due to machining tolerances so wouldn't use one personally. I like the scope mounted versions as you can make sure they are level.

The Vortex LoPro aren't overly expensive and work fine. I can see it easily right over the parallax knob.
