Search function malfunctioning?

Is anyone else having issues using the search function? I keep getting an error message. Example attached.

I am well aware of the search function problem and have received every email

I am in bumfuck Ohio with limited resources and the team hasn’t responded to emails. I ran a few basic clean up things but it’s db related I don’t have that access in my hand
