Just curious if I could seat 6.5 with my RCBS Competition 308 die? I really like the "window" that you can drop the bullets through.

You can, but 1 in 5 will not chamber based on my accidental experiment when I did not change die. I do not recommend.
Yes, bullet jammed in lands in roughly one in five, bolt would not close. Ran them through the 6.5 die and bolt closed. My guess is there was just enough play inside the 308 die that some bullets did not seat deep enough. I suppose if you want to play with the die you can make it work, sharing my experience via not paying attention, used right die and problem went away.
