Seating Die

I think I need a new seating die for my .223. My old rcbs seating die takes my cases from .002 or less to more than .003 just seating the bullets Looking at the RCBS GGM micrometer seating die, Redding micrometer and Forster Micro seating die. Do all three load VLD bullets without damage or do you need different seating stems?

All I use is Forster micrometer seating dies.
Never had a issue with VLD type bullets with the four calibers I use them for.

That would be a yes on the runout. I don't think my die likes the vld bullets.

unless it’s one of the match RCBS it almost certainly will not.
