Our RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police, of whom some call Really Cool Marijuana Pushers but that's another story) are something akin to your U.S. Marshals. Most definitely NOT similar to your F.B.I. That would be more like our C.S.I.S.

The point is, apparently our RCMP continues to "act as they do" and have allegedly "changed their mind." Here's what it's like folks.
