I’m getting ready to purchase a Seekins SP 10 and 6.5 Creedmoor, he bought the build kit from the manufacturer but then mailed it to them to have it put together. Is there any difference in the rifle.

...what? Your post is confusing.

Same components, same people building it, I'm going to guess there's no difference.

Unless your friend swapped components or had special instructions for the builder I can't see there being a difference. Maybe one way vs the other came out cheaper?

I should’ve came back and re-clarified because I talk to him after I posted and what he did was buy the builders kit which is the upper and lower and he brought it to Seekins because he knows them and they took that and built a rifle with all the components from Seekins so it’s basically a Rifle Build from Seekins with all their parts so it’s just like a manufactured gun, sorry

No worries, I got the gist of what you said. Did he say why he did that way? I'm guessing he saved some money?

So he is a dealer for them so I don’t know if he originally was going to try to build his own and then once he became a dealer he went in there and they built it for him , he’s a great guy and he also showed me some groups of how it shoots and it’s a 1/2 MOA gun
