Will the lapua length DBM work with a standard length 700 long action? I have a McMillan G30 action (I assume it's standard 700 length), and am going to convert it to a 338 Norma Mag ELR work-horse. Right now I have the badger m5 3.6" COAL, and it seems like I cant get a longer mag for the opening on the bottom of the action; (even a CIP). Am I wrong? Or would my smith need to modify my action?
