Afternoon project delayed. Seekins used to post the torque specs for their rings on their website...don't see it anymore. Gave them a call but no one answers at the moment. Does anyone know the specs for the ring-to-rail screws and the ring-to-scope screws? Model is Seekins Precision Scope Rings, 30mm, AR-High.

Re: Seekins Rings Torque Specs?

Seekins Rings Torque spec:

Cap screws 15-20in/lbs.

Clamp screws 55in/lbs.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING AN IN/LB TORQUE WRENCH AND NOT A FT/LB UNIT!!

Also, blue loctite ONLY if you want to loctite them at all...it is NOT required.
