I think Trump just told Putin that he should remove any Russians he does not want dead from Venezuela as we will be landing there soon.

Another option might just be Israel could just "do what needs to be done" to permanently eliminate terrorist supporting enclaves and be done with it so they can have a nice fully continuous country with as much land as they could want for a long time. Perhaps tell the Europeans to take the lot of the "refugees" since they love them so much (after all, pretty much all the leader's wives already live in Europe enjoying the rich life), fair play for trying to kill off all the Jews last century. I'm pretty sure a lot of the "refugees" might not mind getting a nice setup in Europe where they can join their brethren in turning it into a new Arab homeland. Then those that want to live peaceably as part of Israel and renounce violence and their "struggle" can stay and enjoy a western civilization (as many other smaller groups have done).

We could probably get Venezuela done on the cheap if we get the CIA to make sure a pretty good amount of decent shoulder launched anti vehicle rockets and light machine guns as well as explosives, detonators and timers make it to the "right hands". Along with a little help making sure critical infrastructure supporting the communists ability to continue government had some unexplained "failures" and their aircraft just seemed to be prone to malfunctioning and falling out of the sky.
