SEI / Smith Enterprises Inc. lawsuit dismissed in federal court

A while back a lawsuit was filed from SEI to and individual that made some comments they did not like.
Its now been dismissed in federal court.

Lawsuits generally come from individuals towards companies / corporations and not the other way around.
Score one for the consumer vs company.
