I have a used set of Lyman 7.62x54 dies and one box complete of 20 rounds of the soviet heavy ball sniper ammo.

it was originally heavy ball and supposedly match grade and it was alway marketed as their sniper ammo

7N1 is the version of 7.62X54R that was used by Soviet "snipers".

They are no longer importing them into the USA Obama closed that door, he also killed the 5.45 x 39 as most of the cheap ammo was steel core (armor piercing)
