I don't like any of the congress critters. However, I can understand how they can't be guilty of this insider trading thing. With high probability that they have guided portfolios and financial advisers working for them, those folks just made some moves with their clients money. This corona virus wasn't a secret. Started in China last October. Now, if this virus just came out, out of the blue, and these people cashed in just prior, that is where the problem would exist.
