Suppressors sending in 2 forms for suppressors do I need 2 copies of my trust or one

I am sending in 2 forms for 2 different suppressors to the atf, do I need 2 copies of my trust or will 1 do?

Why not submit using their eforms online? Upload it twice and be done with it?

When I submitted two forms at the same time I only sent one copy of my trust in.

One copy of trust with any number of applications.

I found the link but when I was registering, I couldnt input my city so I got hung up. They must have problems with the site. I am mailing them.

Form 4 eForms are submitted by your dealer. They are supposed to take a couple months off of the wait time. They go immediately into pending status instead of snail mail to Atlanta then to West Virginia only to then wait to be scanned in.

Yup I have 3 pending items now, the ones sent online were instantly pending the other, which was sent 2 months ago, hasn't shown up yet.

Assuming their website is up! Unfortunately on my last 2 the sight was down for days and wound up snail mailing.
