Service that will ship powder for consumers

Does anyone know of a service company that will pack and ship powder for those of us that don't have a hazmat cert? I have some powder that a fellow shooter needs desperately for an upcoming class and I'm out of people to call. Everyone will ship it, it's the packaging part that's holding this up. Thanks much in advance.

I wasn't trying to ship powder, but the only people I found to try to ship other hazmat was to try trucking companies. But their minimum charge makes it nuts unless you ship a good bit. IIRC, the minimum charge was around $120.
