Gunsmithing Set-back M700 barrel and rechamber, Elieso MTR

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to set-back and rechamber a Remington 700. I have a sendero in 300 win that I am thinking about placing in an Elieso MTR stock. I will use the disc recoil lug because I do not want to glue the action in. I might as well have the chamber cleaned up while I am at it.

I have done a number of these and installed them in the Eliseo stock. I would question the wisdom in setting back a factory barrel. How many rounds through it?
