Rifle Scopes SFWA SSHIDE Coupon Expired?

Re: SFWA SSHIDE Coupon Expired?

i just ordered a 10X42HD on thursday and didnt see anywhere to input the code and ended up purchasing it without the rebate...so i emailed SOME ONE and havent heard anything back yet. and i called the day before to confirm the code was still good and that the scope was in stock.

because theres no way of knowing whats in stock on the website and you might end up on backorder for something and have to call and cancel the order. its kind of a let down that in this day and age theres no "in stock" confirmation on the products.

This is the reason I will usually check other suppliers if I need something in any kind of a short time frame. I love that SWFA deals in such a wide variety of product, the prices are fair, and the website is easy to use. But the not being able to tell if an item is in stock is a real downer. This loses them more business than just saying an item is out of stock, I dare say. Some things I am willing to wait on and would order whether on backorder or not. But there are times I want/need something relatively quickly, and it is a drag to have to email them to find out if it is in stock before I order. I know this is fairly common on the net, but it shouldn't be. JMHO
