Sidearms & Scatterguns Shadow Systems MR918 ?

I recently had the urge for a carry optic setup and came across the shadow systems at cabelas with RMR for $1313, I’m not a fan of Glock just due to the grip angle so I have been looking at aftermarket frames and was planning on building one but the mr918 is going to come out cheaper Than if I did build one. Any feedback on these ? Any other suggestions on pistols ?

I was able to put a couple of rounds down range with one. They shoot good clean trigger, accurate, and the 1 that i molested ate everything. Between myself and the owner we put 500 rounds on its first day out in about an hour to 1 and a half.

I ended up picking mine up the elite model at cabelas with the Trijicon on it for 1313 ! Shot about 500 down it so far and am really pleased. Here is 25 and 50 yards free standing with Hornady American gunner 115’s

Picked mine up the other day. Haven’t had time for a range report yet though.

Like the grip options as the glocks are a bit big in my hands. And the ease of changing said grips was a nice touch.

A little long in the trigger pre-travel (not heavy, just long) noted during dry fire practice. But the trigger feels good on the break.

A bit lighter than I expected, undecided if I like that after shooting a shadow 2 and a dvc the other day. Didn’t have this at the time so hard to recall.
