I don't know about them all, but my buddy put a Shilen on his 77/22 and it shoots amazing. We compete in a league at a benchrest club, and he competes in 2 classes, Sporter and Target. You can't have a heavy barrel in the sporter class, so that is why he did the 77/22. He was going to shoot his Win 52 in the Target class, but his 77/22 was shooting so well, that he used it in both classes. He is the only one in Target class with a sporter weight barrel. Two weeks he won both classes, and in the Target class he is up against Annies, Coopers, CZs, and the like. It is a shooter.

Yes! Green mountain barrels are decent barrels for the price but in the long run like with anything you get what you pay for. I had a shilen on my 10/22 and it would shoot 1/2moa consistently at 50 yards and 3/4 moa at 100 yards.
