Not sure where to ask this. Is it legal to ship a bolt in the mail?? Thanks.

just the bolt? Yes. The only thing that is not legal is a handgun. You must have an FFL that matches the address you are sending it to if it is a complete long gun. Please search google for USPS firearm regulations. They will pop right up.
You can send handguns through UPS.

Yes... No special form or declarations necessary. It's just a "part".

just sent a bolt through USPS today with out even a blink of the eye.
