On the real side we have some friends who were not able to come over because they are not able to get out of their compounds due to fighting... Guess the Spring Offensive has begun.

LOL yeah we could do that.. There is actually a whole bunch of member here in Kabul alone. I was working on a facility the other day and ran into a First Sergeant that I am pretty sure is a member. He gave me one of his coins that has a bottle opener built in. By far the coolest coin I have ever received and it came long after actually being in the mil.

I hear they hit either finest or the grocery down the road from it. I hope it wasn't finest because that is my Ice cream supply...

We were able to see a bit of the turkish action but could only see the birds flying over the other area's.

LOL the girls cook allot of chicken but we are able to get some pretty good meat from Genesis. This Brisket wouldn't fall into that because it had a shit ton of fat we had to trim to start. I think I was BBQ'ing it for like 4 hours and by the time it was done I wasn't that hungry anymore cause i had been sampling it the whole damn time.

And coming over is easy enough, just hop in the car and come on over.. I drive all over this shithole in an old surf!

</div></div> I need to hit up Genesis and one of their briskets and some dough for some bread too, but my best BBQ chef is on leave right now and I don't have time to head it up myself. Need a good source for some decent Aussie lamb chops too. We just got in beef for the first time in over a month.

As for rolling around... Hey, were armored and armed and roll all the time, but the folks here don't like it when the head of security takes off to a BBQ when lead is flying in the AO! I'm not ready to give them a reason to fire me... Yet...
