Yes, with a solid hunting bullet...NOT a match bullet..(Your BC won’t be as good) and good shot placement, it can be done...but is it really a practical caliber to use on the game you have mentioned...<span style="text-decoration: underline">probably not, especially at the distance that you are inquiring about</span>. There are better calibers for the job and still have light recoil.
Double check you <span style="font-weight: bold">PROCLAMATION</span> as well…not sure of your state...but in mine hunting big game such as Deer, Elk, pigs, ect...ect. Is illegal with anything in .22 cal…204,222,223,and 22-250.
