This is a great place to start. The same ones that were recommended there will be recommended here.
Cheap and decent is the Midway mats then you can go up from there to more expensive ones as well.
The Midway mats are a decent bargain. Look for them when they're on sale. Just pay attention to total cost since you'll get dinged by Midway shipping fees.
I have lost so many mats, that I have stopped buying gucci mats and just use furniture/ moving blankets. i actually prefer them to anything shooting related.
If your tummy needs the fancy stuff- i liked the midway comp mat over the crosstac mat. The crosstac doesn't stow well. it's nice, just a little on the over padded side imo. I think the midway mat padding is just right and it is more durable imo. Also make sure to get something wide enough that you can pan if needed. the slim ones are limiting.

Padded crosstac recon mat. Padded version only adds 6 oz, and it rolls up nicely. Spent 4 days on mine with a lot of prone on concrete, and my ribs, knees and elbows stayed nice and comfortable.
I use “tacticool” moving blankets as well from my good friends at our local hardware store.
I finally bought a “nice” shooting mat and have used this though the season. It rolls up to easily attach on the bottom of my pack. Everything I need, nothing I don’t. But...it’s not something wants to forget on the range.

If I am moving around, I use the Triad Tactical mat, it fold and rolls up nice and small and fits perfectly when secured to the top of my pack. I paid about $85ish.

I bought one of these US Peacekeeper Tactical Shooting Mat and I've enjoyed it so far. Seems to be well constructed and the price was right. And it also has a lifetime warranty.
LOL how does that happen? I've had the same one since about 2005 and going strong (Blackhawk).
I have a minimalist Tab gear mat I like. I wouldn’t spend all day at the range on it but it’s exceptionally well built and packs pretty small.
Another vote for the triad tactical. Used it on a 5 day course and really appreciated the padding.
Another vote for one of the Midway Pro Series mats (Especially when they are on sale). Whatever brand you purchase I highly recommend a lighter color so you don't get fried in the Summer.
