pretty happy with the blackhawk mat, folds up into a quazi-case type thing. could be a little wider, but it fits ok.

Anyone have or seen the NRA mat/case?

Looks similar to some of the other recommendations but a bit cheaper. My gut tells me the quality won't be there, but thought I'd ask.
