Short BUIS

I was able to acquire a Knights RAS for my 870. I want to use a set of BUIS on it and I know that standard AR15 height sights will be to high. I'm looking at the Troy Micro sights; Are their any other shorter than standard BUIS out their? Anything for the Sig 5.56 or HK416? Thanks

I've seen the LPA before; is their a rail mounted front sight to go with it?

ETA: DOH!!! I didn't realize that the OP was actually referring to an 870 (silly me...this IS the semi-auto rifle sub-forum). Disregard my previous comments on the LPA not working.

The Troy micro sights are the shortest deployed BUIS that I am aware of.

what front sight are you using? if you have one of the 870 tacticals that came with the XD sights, you should be good with an LPA rear sight.

I had a ramp rifle sight that I put the tritium insert into; and it is now bent from very light handling. I am going to remove that sight when I cut it down to 14 inches as well.
