My wife and I have been really getting into NRL22 but my rifle is a bit heavy and unwieldy for her so I bought her her own V22 barreled action. Does anyone have recommendations for shorter LOP stock or chassis options? I found the A10 and I know MPA does the youth, but I was hoping to spend a bit less than that. For reference she is 5'2" and LOP is probably around 12" plus minus a bit.

Give Craig at PDC Custom a call. He does not only a shortened LOP stock, but he also does a reduced reach from the grip to the trigger (Something often overlooked by other manufacturers), and offers a smaller diameter grip when requested. I've got several of his competition chassis, and I've been VERY happy with them.
The KRG Bravo with no shims is below 13” LOP - check with those folks but I think it’s in the 12.5” neighborhood.
So KRG goes shorter than what they list? I had looked at them but their website says 12.8in min. I'll have to give them a call.
You could always have manners make you a stock with the lop you would need. That is what I did. I also purchased a bell & carlson stock for my 223. Cut 3" out of it so my kids could use it.
