Tested 43.5grs H4895 in LC 06 brass, WLR primer and 150 Hornady SP, happy to report there were no signs of high pressure, primer looked perfect, no sticky bolt.
I think you are just a little low still for an 06. Somewhere around 45 ~ 47gr from my past experiences where I ended up. My Garand runs 45.5 well with the 155's. I double checked the Hodgdon site, up to 51gr for most bullets in the 150gr wt but I'm assuming that's for bolt-guns mostly.

But this is for a 308, I did load these with 43grs H4895 since the rifle that these will be shot from is a Browning BLR, should give the user some good shooting.
