Gunsmithing Shorten/Recrown an LMT 22" AR47

I am looking to shorten, thread and crown the barrel on my 22" LMT AR47 to 16"-18" and wondered if anyone had a good lead on who I could send the upper to to have this work done? The barrel is 1:7 and was originally built with an auto sear.
