Gunsmithing Shot gun Barrel Repair referral needed.

[Blackstone]

1) I have an 11-87 with a rifled slug barrel with a contilevered scope mount. The scope mount is mis-alinged from the axis of the bore.

2) I have an 1100 slug barrel with iron sights but the screws are stripped so I can not mount the Tru-Glo sights.

I'd like the name of gunsmith who is experienced repairing shotgun barrels.

New barrel if the cantilever is not aligned, removing it, resoldering it, repolishing and bluing it will require more money than it is worth.
Which screws are stripped on the sights on the barrel? Can you get a photo?
