Shot timer

What do you want a shot timer for?

I've had really good luck with a Competition Electronics Pocket Pro Shot timer.

Reliable and easy to use. Be advised, they're not waterproof and I have seen them have problems in rain.

If you're playing a game where your time counts, then yes I believe they're worth it.

I have broken a few from lots of use in pistol dry fire training, the Pocket Pro 2 is my favorite, the CED buttons are fragile nice size though, and the Pact Club Timer has the best display and warranty but sucks for dry fire training, when I break my PP2 I'll replace it with another,

Pocket Pro II is my go to. I had a CED 7000, but sold it because I thought it wasn't as easy to use. I didn't like the small buttons and it was harder to read for me without my reading glasses.

I just got an AMG Lab Timer. So far it seems very nice

They are definitely worth it for some practice but I mainly use them for handgun dry fire/draw. I also use the pocket pro 2. Be aware mine never picks up 22lr shot stings but not a huge deal.
