Just wanted to express appreciation to Paul.
I had ordered a bolt knob from him for a Stiller Tac 30 whose stock knob kept abrading my trigger finger. When it didn't come in a while I PMd Paul to inquire. He had been down with some back trouble and production was delayed. He promptly sent me my lift GRATIS (though I was glad to pay for it).
Obviously not a big money deal, nor much at stake for either of us. But a great example of TERRIFIC customer service. So I thought I'd say thanks publicly.
