Feedback Shout-out to EBR Works

I recently had a challenging FFL transfer of an AR to California from Texas. Was directed to EBR Works in Prescott, AZ and when Mike took over...all the problems evaporated. I got my rifle in days and cannot think of anything that EBR Works could have done better. The cost, communication and ease of transaction were straight 10s across the board. No room for improvement. This is after trying and failing to accomplish the same task with a competitor of his in Arizona. If you just want to get the deal done and avoid all the unnecessary emotional crap "some FFLs" display, call Mike. He's the best!
