I am palning a new build 308 SASS syle rifle. Has anyone ever used a SI Defence Matched upper and lower? Do they make a quality part or should I keep looking? Planning on using a DPMS Barrel 18". Haven't realy decided on trigger groups or piston or gas yet either.

I have handled one of those sets. Seemed good quality. But there are other good options out there....maybe something built on a POF/hogan lower....the ambi bolt release is a nice feature.

I tried POF they didn't bother to reply to my calls or my emails. But thanks for your suggestion.
Looking to build something that doesn't look like everything else out there. Not that every one else's look bad, they don't.

I ordered a set through Branson1369. Its a great set, matched tight and clean, finish is perfect. All parts have fit it to a "t". I'd recommend them.

I have never used their lowers but I have two rifles built on their Gen II uppers and building a third 16" suppressed upper on their Gen III. All three .308
I'm very impressed good quality. Very tight tolerances.
