A member here recently did an outstanding review of the Vortex Razor vs. the SWFA SS5-20 vs. Bushnell(?). I can't quite find it again, but I'm wondering if anyone has done a comparison like this, either on the Hide or elsewhere, between say the Vortex Viper PST 6-24 vs. any Leupold Mark IV ER/T etc.?
I'm looking at a scope for a Creedmoor build in the $1k price range and am thinking of the Viper PST 6-24 or a Leupy ER/T M5 6.5-20 or another SWFA SS 5-20.
I've done some searching and reading on here, but was interested in more details between these scopes as I've never looked through anything but my SWFA. I had an old M3 LR/T Leupy Mil/MOA and it was o.k. I do like my SS5-20. I am interested in things like glass quality and ergonomics or ease of use on the Viper scopes. How do those that have them like them? They seem like an outstanding optic for the price.
