Gunsmithing Side charging LR 308?

Does anybody know who will mill a slick sided DPMS LR 308 upper and drill and tap the bolt carrier for the handle?

I am looking for someone who will take a DPMS upper and make it like the Folton Armory upper. I am looking at buying a DPMS complete upper with slick sides and will either switch it for an A3 upper or if I can have the slick sided upper milled to be side charging. Any ideas?
