You are not going to change any of the outcomes in your link by getting into a gun battle with the police. In order to change by violence you would have to stage an armed insurrection and replace the existing government with something new. I find the people who advocate this seem untrustworthy to me.

The line between sedition an patriotism, is getting thinner everyday, because this is what they are after.

That is not what I am advocating, at least at this point. Violence be gets Violence. What I am saying is you can't let them take your property believing you will fight them in court. Also you can not allow them to believe you will sit idle when such efforts are decreed. They need to know at all times that you will stand up for yourself. Step 1 of course is getting other more powerful people involved, to jump down their shit. Or a huge number of average people.

You should read some of the stories in that link. If you need a specific one let me know. People never arrested, never charged with any crime yet assets have been seized. I have no issue with taking property from a criminal. But if you can't charge them with a crime then you shouldn't be able to keep the property.
