BLUF... Havent found anything to dislike.

I got this a couple days ago and have shot about 120 rounds consisting of M80 ball and some M118LR. At least half of that was shot with a supressor. So far, not one malfunction of any kind but its only 120 rounds, so that isnt saying much. It is by far the cleanest rifle i have ever shot. After 40rounds supressed on my Armalite AR10, the brass looks like steel surplus. With this rifle, the last round in a 20 round PMAG is still brass colored and has a light dusting of residue. I was amazed at how clean it was after 40 rounds of supressed fire. The gas system on this gun has 4settings.

Off
Supressed
Normal
Adverse

Shooting without a supressor in supressed mode will not cycle the action. Put a supresser on and it works great. This low setting is delaying the action just enough so you arent getting a face full of blowback, and its keeping a lot of blow back out of the action. You cant argue about what works. Normal mode is just that, and the gun functions every time.

I havent done much in the way of accuracy since I have only been at the indoor range shooting with a magazine on the bench, the light was in my eyes, i had to pee, i am using a broken EoTech, so I only got about 1.5 moa with ball ammo.

The trigger is one of the best GI Standard triggers i have gotten in a factory gun No creep at all!

A lot of people are slamming Sig due to QA issues, but they got things right on this one....

As requested. SHWILL. If you are looking for a sub MOA tac driver rifle, this isnt it. Its has a chrome bore, and isnt designed to win benchrest matches. I bought it as a pig gun and 308 plinker. For that its every bit as accurate as the military surplus ammo. 1.5 MOA with M80 ball is about as good as you are going to get.

Had one come in to the shop already , fails to function with LC ball [ and everything else].

Managed to just barely dribble out a few HOT loads on the 'adverse' setting only.

Owner is sending it back to SIG

SIG still has some serious QC probs IMO.

YMMV
