Suppressors Sig 9mm Elite Dark

I bought the Sig Elite Dark with threaded barrel in 9mm. It came with 2 40 s&w mags that hold 17 rds of 9mm. So I have a p226 9mm and the mags from that gun do not hold the slide open on the last rd. The 40 mags do hold the slide open. i was wondering has any body ran in to this. The 40 mags lips measure the same as the 9mm. The web site does not offer mags just for this gun. Just wondered if any one else has one of these guns. I emailed Sig with no answer yet.

I'd guess the followers are different. If you examine where the follower pushes up on the slide catch closely, you may notice a difference.
