Sig and Elcan

Went shooting this last with my sig 716 w 1x6 Elcan my grouping is covering a 12" target at a 100yds. I was hoping it was me but my friend shot and was the same. I was using LC M 80 ammo. If any one else having this type of grouping

I'm assuming your spread is 12"? That would be pretty darn good at 1000 yards.... At 100 not so much. You didn't give us very much info, how far were you shooting, how were you shooting etc. I had a 716 breifly and it shot well but I got rid of it for a scar-h.

My SIG 716 does MOA using a 4X ACOG so your results are not typically or normal.

went out again and tried some diff. ammo

Good to hear you're sorted out now. M80 ball is good when your goal is beaten zones, not groups, although that's a bit extreme even for it!
