Just purchased a Sig Sauer p226 Legion and id like to eventually put a suppressor on it.

Ive never bought a suppressor but ive read its a big ole waiting game.

Looking for advice on what are great brands with good customer service versus brands to stay away from.

1st ..........find a barrel that got standard 1/2x28 threads.....then savvy a .45 cal suppressor. because you know this is like eating potato chips.....

most anyone pistol cns are going to work....Silencerco has been good to me

I like to use the AAC Evolution on these P226's. Never had a reason to call CS.

I bought a factory Sig threaded barrel with the goofy 13.5x1 LH thread, and a piston in the same for my TiRant 9. I've found that the Legion makes an absolutely stellar suppressor host.

I personally stick with sig barrels. Not because they are better, but I like yo keep OEM with OEM, it's just on of my preferences. It's really not that big of a deal to buy the 13.5LH and a 1/2x28 piston. If you're going for after market barrel, Id say silencerco.

I have an octane 9, my buddy has the obsidian 45. The obsidian has a more pleasant deeper tone.
