Sig Tango 6 turret cap

Anyone know where to get a Sig Tango 6 turret cap for a reasonable price? I bought a used one that had the custom dial so I have been counting clicks. Looking for a stock MOA turret.

Thanks. I’m hoping someone has one laying around after having a custom one made. The one on there now is a custom dial for a 308 Hornady.
