Sig Taper Cap / Adapter

Admittedly I haven't followed this subject and have likely missed something simple.
I thought finding an adapter for my MCX to convert it to 90 degree shoulder would be a simple matter of finding one online and clicking the add to cart button.

Not the case. They appear to have been discontinued? But why?
Have they been replaced by something else?

I found one here through the PX, but I'd sure like to know what bit of information I'm missing on this.

Have you tried calling Sig? I had them send me one a while back. I don't even think they charged me for it.

No. I just paid $20 for one though. Damn.

$20 sucks... My Rattler came with one. Is Sig wont give one to you MidWest Ind has both 5.56 and .300 for $9.49. maybe you can fine them discounted at an online dealer.
