Simple muzzle brake question

I have a Badger Thruster brake I will put on a Savage 10FP Tactical 20".

My question is this:

The badger thruster is 0.950 diameter, unsure of what my muzzle diameter is (stock barrel), is it possible to turn down the Badger so it sits perfectly flush and in-line with the barrel, thus not looking "swollen" since it's not wider than the barrel?

Any of the well regarded smith's on this site could turn down the brake and time it.

I'm partial to Mark @ Short Action Customs since he did my full build.

Yes, it is a simple process to time it and turn it down.
