Both can be loaded and both work very, very well for F-T/R. However, a lot will depend on how much $$$ you want to spend.

I personally prefer the GG&G bipod. The Atlas and LRA are also very good options.

I'm currently running the LRA bipod for F-T/R, but before that, I ran the GG&G for years. Both are good choices.

I don't want to get fussed at for advertising here. It will be rugged, full featured, and weigh 1 pound 1.1 ounce. Anodizing will be clear or black in this first run and OD (my favorite) soon after. The first production run has almost sold out. Late April is the expected date for release. Cost will be $250. I am not making them and I do not earn a dime off the deal. I have a prototype and I love it.
