Suppressors Single stamp F1

If I wanted wanted to cut a rifle down to 9" and pin and weld a F1 monocore on it for an OAL to rifle spec , how do i file that.

So I can just F1 a can and pin/weld to 16"+ and it's all good. Kinda what I thought, makes sense.
