The suggestion is to allow for photo posting when responding to someone who has posted an original thread in the Photo Gallery.
Example: Member posts picture of his vintage relic. Other member wants to compliment and post a pic of his to complete and carry the thread forward. Whereas one can respond with text, one cannot do the typical posting of photos in response.
